As a father with a child that suffers from mental illness, I have turned my trails and heartache into a purpose to help parents like me and people like my child. Mental illness tends to be a taboo subject, but the truth of it is, 42 million people in the United States suffer from some form of mental illness, and 450 million worldwide so we cannot and should not ignore it.
